OUR PROGRAMS
CULTIVATING LEADERS YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAMS
Cultivating Leaders Mentor Program matches mentors with elementary, middle, and high school students in one-to-one relationships for an academic year. Through these relationships, as well as recreational and group activities, our matches share friendship, support, and fun. Mentors and mentees get together at least once a week. Both mentors and mentees make a commitment to spend time together throughout the academic year. They can participate in activities that they both enjoy. We plan social group activities on a monthly basis that are open to all participants. We are also available at all times to answer questions, offer support, and help work through challenges that may arise. You can also view additional programs we offer below.

YOUTH ADVISORY BOARD
The Youth Advisory Board is a leadership opportunity for students to utilize and further develop leadership, public speaking, and other professional skills. Through active participation by its members, the Youth Advisory Board's purpose is to expand Youth Involvement to enhance our goals and serve as spokespersons for youth programs.
VISIONARY LEADERS
Visionary Leaders is a service program for young men and women who are dedicated and believe they can make a difference academically, as well in their community. Visionary Leaders provides an opportunity for young men and women grades 9th-12th to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and promote better relations between all people through service and friendship.

The purpose is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development and emphasize acceptance of individual responsibility as the basis of personal success, community improvement, and group achievement.
Y-ME! YOUTH MENTORING & EMPOWERMENT
The purpose of our Youth Mentoring & Empowerment program is to inspire, educate, and empower youth, grades 3rd-8th. In doing so, we will equip them with character building, civic-minded thinking, youth mentee/mentoring instructions, and community service opportunities, while promoting professional development to. Ultimately, seeking to educate on the pitfalls and preventative measures associated with family violence, gang activity, family violence, and reducing crime by utilizing learning skills.
STEM CAREER READINESS
In partnership with The Live Connect STEM Truck, students participating in Cultivating Leaders programs will have access to the STEM Truck is a mobile learning space. The STEM Truck is equipped with hands-on STEM activities for students and educators. The purpose of this partnership is to develop and engage underserved youth in rural communities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math careers. The goal of The Live Connect Stem Truck partnership is to increase the awareness of STEM fields in underrepresented populations, community engagement, entrepreneurship, analytical thinking, and college/career readiness.
